Ridgeway Hospital – Swindon, part of Circle Health Group. We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join our physiotherapy team. This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis. You will supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff during annual leave or absence.

Duties of this Role Include:

  • Independently assess and treat patients with more complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings.
  • Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence.
  • Manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.
  • Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective, and timely patient care.
  • Act as a point of contact for junior physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students, offering guidance and informal supervision.
  • Assist in the induction and training of new staff.

  • HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
  • Solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas.
