We are building a new Crew Team to support Ridgeway Centre\’s growing programme of conferences, exhibitions, and events. As a Crew Member, you\’ll be responsible for setting up, packing down, and performing light cleaning duties across our range of flexible event spaces – including our main auditorium (up to 580 capacity), breakout rooms, and training spaces.
Set out / pack away chairs, tables, signage, and AV equipment.
Maintain tidy public areas and restroom facilities
Follow safe manual handling procedures.
Punctual and reliable — showing up ready to help and take initiative
Flexible — willing to work variable shifts and adapt to event schedules
Please note: this role is open to applicants aged 18 and over only, due to the nature of the duties, shift times, and required independence in working.
13.45 per hour
~ Supplement Pay for acting as a Crew Shift Lead when needed (+£2.50/hr on top of standard £13.45/hr). The Crew Shift Lead will be designated per shift by Business Manager where multiple Crew Members working a shift together. The responsibility will be to co-ordinate team members and ensuring cleaning, reset, and handover tasks are completed thoroughly and on time
