Role Overview

We are building a new Crew Team to support Ridgeway Centre's growing programme of conferences, exhibitions, and events. As a Crew Member, you'll be responsible for setting up, packing down, and performing light cleaning duties across our range of flexible event spaces.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly by creating clean, safe, and well-presented spaces for clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Setup & Pack‑Down: Set out / pack away chairs, tables, signage, and AV equipment. Reset and reconfigure rooms between events/users quickly and safely. Full auditorium setups and resets typically take up to 4 hours with a team.
  • Light Cleaning Duties: Clear rubbish, clean down surfaces, vacuum, and prepare spaces for client use. Maintain tidy public areas and restroom facilities.
  • Health & Safety & Reporting: Follow safe manual handling procedures. Report maintenance or equipment issues promptly.

Please note: this role is open to applicants aged 18 and over only, due to the nature of the duties, shift times, and required independence in working.
