The Role
We’re neighbourhood pubs built around community—and the General Manager sits right at the heart of that.
As GM of The High Horse, you’ll take full ownership of your pub as if it were your own. You’ll be accountable for its success, driving performance while inspiring your team to create an unforgettable experience for every guest.
What We’re Looking For
- Own your pub – take responsibility and pride in every detail

What You’ll Get
- £36,000 - £40,000 salary
- Accommodation available
- Bonus scheme (up to £48,000 OTE)
