The Bottle of Sauce, part of the Dodo Pub Co, is recruiting a motivated Junior Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations. You’ll stay calm under pressure, be a great communicator, and help deliver authentic Neapolitan pizzas, burgers, brunch and sides to our local community.

This role offers a salary of £34k p.a., a 100% team service charge (roughly £200–£250 monthly), food on shift, and opportunities for development within a friendly, neighbourhood pub.
