We’re now looking for an experienced and confident Senior Waiter / Waitress to join our front‑of‑house team. What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering relaxed, memorable dining experiences for every guest
- Leading a section during service and supporting the wider front‑of‑house team
- Sharing expert knowledge of our menus, daily specials, wines, and drinks
- Anticipating guest needs and offering thoughtful, confident recommendations
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members during service
- Upholding the high standards that define the Rick Stein name at all times
