We’re now looking for an experienced and confident Senior Waiter / Waitress to join our front‑of‑house team. What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering relaxed, memorable dining experiences for every guest
  • Leading a section during service and supporting the wider front‑of‑house team
  • Sharing expert knowledge of our menus, daily specials, wines, and drinks
  • Anticipating guest needs and offering thoughtful, confident recommendations
  • Working closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members during service
  • Upholding the high standards that define the Rick Stein name at all times

  • Previous waiting experience, with confidence running a section independently
