Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
- Creating beautiful drinks and cocktails for guests
- Recommending drink pairings with food
- Preparing the bar for a smooth service
- Maintaining stock levels
- Leading the bar team to deliver a quality experience for guests
- Developing, training and inspiring the bar team to continuously improve
- Working alongside the restaurant manager and Senior Management Team to enhance service and customer satisfaction
- Planning rotas, events and holidays to ensure smooth bar operations
- Controlling the bar from a sustainability, financial and quality perspective
Qualifications
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Bar Person who has worked in restaurants or pubs, shows heart and loyalty, and is able to lead, inspire and develop a team. You should be aware of guest needs and know how to make them smile.
