What you’ll be doing
- Preparingand cooking dishes to the high standards that define Rick SteinRestaurants
- Supportingthe Head Chef and Sous Chef in running the kitchen smoothly
- Ensuringall food is presented beautifully and consistently
- Maintainingkitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety standards
- Learningand developing new cooking techniques and skills
- Assistingin training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
- Contributingideas for menu development and daily specials
What we’re looking for
- Previouskitchen experience, ideally in a professional restaurant environment
- Passionfor food, seafood, and delivering high-quality dishes
- Strongattention to detail and pride in your work
- Ateam player who thrives in a busy, professional kitchen
- Willingnessto learn, develop, and progress within the kitchen brigade
- Flexibility,resilience, and a positive attitude under pressure

Rick Stein Sandbanks was opened by Rick Stein and Jill Stein in November 2015, a beautifully bright restaurant enjoying views across the water on Sandbanks Road.
