We’re now looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy talking to people, love great food, and take pride in delivering warm, knowledgeable service, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming customers into the delicatessen and creating a friendly, memorable experience
- Sharing knowledge about our products, from fresh seafood to sauces, wines, and gift items
- Making thoughtful recommendations and helping customers find the perfect purchase
- Operating tills and handling transactions accurately
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and stock rotation
- Replenishing displays and ensuring shelves are well stocked
- Supporting deliveries and stock organisation
- Upholding the quality and service standards that define the Rick Stein brand
What we’re looking for:
