What you’ll be doing:
  • Supervising and motivating the front-of-house team during service
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient operation of your section and the wider restaurant
  • Delivering relaxed, memorable dining experiences for every guest
  • Sharing expert knowledge of our menus, daily specials, wines, and drinks
  • Anticipating guest needs and providing thoughtful, confident recommendations
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members to develop their skills
  • Liaising closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service

  • Assisting management with daily operational tasks, including staff scheduling and training
