What you'll be doing:- Deliver relaxed, memorable dining experiences for every guest
- Lead a section during service and support the wider front‐of‐house team
- Share expert knowledge of our menus, daily specials, wines, and drinks
- Anticipate guest needs and offer thoughtful, confident recommendations
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service
- Support and mentor junior team members during service
- Uphold the high standards that define the Rick Stein name at all times
- A friendly, positive attitude and a natural sense of hospitality
- Previous waiting experience, with confidence running a section independently
- A genuine interest in food, wine, and seafood
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with guests
- A team player who thrives in a busy, professional environment
