The Richmond upon Thames School (RTS) is seeking a compassionate, organised Student Wellbeing Coordinator to join our Inclusion Team in London.
You will promote student wellbeing, attendance and engagement, working with senior leaders, staff, parents/carers and external agencies to identify needs and respond to welfare concerns.
The role requires experience with young people, safeguarding knowledge, and strong organisational and ICT skills to maintain records and monitor interventions.
