Role Overview

Support Practitioner – permanent, 37.5 hour week. We are on the lookout for compassionate and motivated colleagues with a positive attitude. You don't need experience in care to start your career with us – we recruit on values and transferable skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with all aspects of daily living including meal preparation, medication, and appointments.
  • Support with personal finances and household chores.
  • Provide moving and handling support as necessary, with appropriate training.
  • Assist with personal care and other daily activities.

Required Skills and Qualities

  • Empathetic and caring nature.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in using computers.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
  • Good organisational skills.

Training & Development

You’ll receive fully funded SVQ training to become an amazing Support Practitioner.
