Role Overview
Support Practitioner β permanent, 37.5 hour week. We are on the lookout for compassionate and motivated colleagues with a positive attitude. You don't need experience in care to start your career with us β we recruit on values and transferable skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all aspects of daily living including meal preparation, medication, and appointments.
- Support with personal finances and household chores.
- Provide moving and handling support as necessary, with appropriate training.
- Assist with personal care and other daily activities.
Required Skills and Qualities
- Empathetic and caring nature.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in using computers.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Good organisational skills.
Training & Development
Youβll receive fully funded SVQ training to become an amazing Support Practitioner.
