The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Business Support Assistant for our Ayrshire services. This role will be predominantly home based, however, working at our Todhill office in Stevenston will be essential as and when required.
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Operational Management Team to implement the Organisation's Strategic Plan which involves assisting the Team to achieve their Key Performance Indicators / Targets (KPI / KPA). This role also involves recruitment compliance checks which is fast paced and requires working to tight deadlines.
We are looking for:
- Extensive administration experience
- Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
- Sound working knowledge of inputting to databases, running reports, record keeping etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management, planning & organisation skills
- Initiative and a proactive approach
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines / project timescales
- A team player who contributes to cross working over other areas and regions
- Previous recruitment compliance check experience – desirable, but not essential
