About Us

We provide personalised and outcome‐focused support to over 2800 individuals in their own homes across Scotland. As the country's largest provider of social care, we support people with physical and learning disabilities, ongoing mental health issues, substance abuse and autism, ensuring their living conditions are safe and dignified.

The Role

As a Bank Support Practitioner you will assist individuals living in their own homes with disabilities and additional support needs. Responsibilities include medication and finances support, housework, meal preparation, cooking and personal care. You will also engage clients in their hobbies – from outings and movies to gym sessions and group activities.

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence required.
  • Empathetic and caring nature

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in using computers
  • Ability to work well both in a team and independently
  • Good organisational skills
