Are you experienced in managing teams within the care sector, committed to promoting inclusion and ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? If yes, this could be the role for you! We have an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and proactive individual to join our Renfrewshire team as a Services Manager, on a full-time (37.5hrs per week), permanent basis.

As Services Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders, while ensuring TRFS is represented positively and professionally across relevant partnership forums. You will play a key role in the strategic development and oversight of existing services, ensuring they consistently meet and exceed regulatory requirements. Working closely with the Area Manager, you will support the development and implementation of strategic plans that drive continuous improvement in both practice and policy.

You will be part of a supportive area management team, leading a number of Team Leaders across a range of services, including Care at Home, Housing Support and Community Outreach. Together, you will ensure high-quality, person-centred support is provided to individuals with a diverse range of needs, enabling them to achieve positive outcomes and live as independently as possible.

To be part of our team, we'll need you to bring:

  • Experience in management within a care setting supporting individuals with complex needs, autism, mental health and behaviours of concern.
  • An SVQ level 4 in Care / Management or relevant qualification or a willingness to work towards it.
  • Hands-on experience in supporting individuals with a range of support needs.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in using computers.
