An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, proactive Learning and Development professional to join our team in Inverness, on a full time (35hours per week), permanent basis.
As the Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for business partnering with stakeholders to ensure our workforce is trained to the highest standard of social care practice.
You will contribute towards the supporting the organisation in meeting its strategic aims. This will be achieved through the design, delivery and co-ordination of a range of learning and development interventions.
You'll be a confident communicator and skilled facilitator who enjoys creating engaging training that gets people involved. You'll help learners achieve their learning outcomes and develop the knowledge and skills they need to provide high-quality support.
Alongside delivering training, you'll help coordinate and evaluate our learning and development activity, working with colleagues across the organisation to understand their needs and make sure our learning opportunities are relevant, effective and support our services.
To be part of our team, we'll need you to have:
Adaptable training and facilitation skills in the classroom and virtually
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A high level of digital proficiency and technical ability including excellent knowledge and experience of MS Office.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
Demonstrable commitment to quality, promoting high standards and continuous improvement.
The ability to prepare and present reports and written communications including data analysis.
A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
