As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will provide high‑quality, person‑centred support when it’s needed most, helping ensure consistent care during staff leave, sickness or training.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting with meal preparation and medication
  • Providing personal care and assisting with moving and handling
  • Supporting individuals to attend appointments and community activities
  • Encouraging hobbies, interests, social opportunities and confidence‑building
  • Supporting with budgeting, daily living skills and personal organisation
  • Providing emotional support and helping individuals maintain positive relationships

Qualifications

Shift Patterns

  • Early shifts from 7:30 am
  • Late shifts finishing at 9:30 pm or 10 pm
