Our Human Resources department here at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is looking for an HR Assistant to join their fantastic team.
The HR Assistant will provide a high standard of administration support to the HR function in a wide range of activities across the employee life cycle.
Responsible for updating various types of information and databases, you'll also be expected to provide guidance to managers regarding policies and processes as well as tracking right to work and visa information - this includes issuing Certificates of Sponsorship and ensuring compliance in record keeping for sponsored workers.
The post holder will have previous experience in administration and maintaining accurate records.
As well as this, experience of working with stakeholders of different seniority is also essential.
The post holder should have excellent planning, time management and organisational skills as well as excellent accuracy, attention to detail and good verbal and written communication skills.
