We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Business Support Assistant for our Central services. This role will be predominantly home based, however, working at our Central Regional Office at Seaward Place (G41 1HH) will be essential as and when required. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Operational Management Team to implement the Organisation's Strategic Plan which involves assisting the Team to achieve their Key Performance Indicators / Targets (KPI / KPA). This role also involves recruitment compliance checks which is fast paced and requires working to tight deadlines.
We are looking for:
- Extensive administration experience
- Previous experience in note taking is essential
- Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
- Sound working knowledge of inputting to databases, running reports, record keeping etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management, planning & organisation skills
- Initiative and a proactive approach
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines / project timescales
- A team player who contributes to cross working over other areas and regions
- Previous recruitment compliance check experience – desirable, but not essential
- Home & office working as required
