We have a great opportunity within The Richmond Fellowship Scotland for a Services Manager to join our dynamic management team working across the West Fife area. Within this role, you will work within a supportive area team managing a team of three Team Leaders, delivering a range of Care at Home and Community outreach services to individuals with a varied range of complex needs.

As the Services Manager, you will be responsible for creating effective relationships with stakeholders, as well as ensuring TRFS is effectively represented within key partnership forums. You will ensure high quality support delivery to vulnerable adults promoting best practice and positive outcomes. You will contribute to the strategic development and management of existing services, ensuring they meet and exceed regulatory requirements, while assisting the Area Manager to develop and implement strategic planning in line with the programme of continual development in both practice and policy.

  • Experience in management within a care setting.
  • An SVQ level 4 in Care / Management or relevant qualification.
  • Experience in supporting individuals with a range of support needs.
  • Confidence in using computers.
