Digital Systems Developer

The role of the Developer will not only be to create code but to develop innovative solutions that will serve as a foundation on which to build and evolve the codebase and ultimately improve the lives of staff and people we support by providing them with new digital resources.

Working with and understanding change at large scale is fundamental to the role and the successful applicant will learn about various models of change and how to use them as tools in moving projects forward.

We are committed to helping the successful candidate become a skilled group facilitator, continuously developing their facilitation skills as an integral part of their role.

You should have in-depth knowledge of Javascript and extensive experience of building digital solutions. An in-depth working knowledge of Needs led Design and working with a modern full stack such as Sveltekit with MongoDB is also essential for this role.
