Our fantastic team in Greenock are on the lookout for compassionate and creative individuals with a positive attitude to join them as Support Practitioners. We have two part-time contracts available (20 hours per week). You don't need experience in care to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferable skills. We’ll give you all the training you need to be an amazing Support Practitioner including a fully funded SVQ.

Requirements

  • Hold a full UK manual driving licence with a minimum of 1 year’s driving experience and have access to your own car.
  • Have an empathetic and caring nature.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in using computers.
  • Be able to work well in a team environment and on your own.
  • Good organisational skills.

Shift Patterns

Our dedicated team provide 24/7 support. Shifts include sleepovers and night shifts, as well as early shifts from 7:30 am and back shifts until 8 pm or 9 pm, working 5 days over 7. The role will include working weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis.
