Senior Support Worker

Our dynamic and friendly team in Stranraer are on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join them as a Senior Support Worker on a full-time, permanent basis (37.5 hours per week). For the Senior Support Worker role, please be aware that we are only able to accept applications from candidates who have a valid UK Driving Licence and access to their own cars. The Role As a Senior Support Worker, you will coach and mentor your team, providing regular support including supervision and identifying training needs. You will be responsible for producing the monthly rotas, whilst considering budgetary requirements and ensuring that all staff meet their contracted hours. On call duties will be allocated to you on a rotational basis.
