The Richard Pate School is a successful co-ed independent day school (ages 3-11) in Cheltenham Gloucestershire. We are seeking exceptional candidates to fill a Teaching Assistant role to work within the Early Years Foundation Stage.

In summary the role is as follows:

  • Full time permanent contract
  • Salary: TBC based on experience
  • Employed as a Key Stage 1 TA starting in Reception in September

To be successful in this role you must be:

  • Qualified with at least NVQ3 or equivalent
  • Have experience of working within EYFS and KS1
  • Enthusiastic about being part of a supportive team, prepared to immerse yourself fully into school life
  • Capable of communicating effectively with pupils, colleagues and parents
  • Willing to support intervention groups within the class
