SENDCo & Head of Learning Support – Champion of Inclusion

The Richard Pate School is seeking a SENDCo and Head of Learning Support to lead SEND provision across the school from January 2027. This full-time role is based in Cheltenham on a single-site, co-educational, independent day school. You will have Qualified Teacher Status, experience delivering SEND in primary settings (EYFS-KS2), and be skilled at coordinating with staff, parents and external agencies.
