The Role
We are looking for a Bid Writer to join our Business Development team. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling, solution-based proposals that help secure new contracts and partnerships. Your work will directly support the growth of TEC services that empower older, disabled, and vulnerable individuals to live independently and safely in their homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify winning bid strategies and themes.
- Develop high-quality, persuasive bid submissions.
- Meticulously proofread and finalise content.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
About You
We’re seeking a dedicated professional who:
- Has a minimum of five years' experience in bid writing and solution development.
- Has worked with Central or Local Government (experience in healthcare services is not essential).
- Is self-motivated and career-driven.
- Has a proven track record of winning bids and continuously improving bid processes.
- Possesses strong storytelling, analytical, and project management skills.
- Demonstrates excellent written communication and high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Holds a relevant degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
