Our client now seeks a Head of Manufacturing Operations to lead strategic and operational direction, including supply and manufacturing capabilities across their site.

This hire will be responsible for production manufacturing operations and successfully managing the delivery of robust, scalable, and compliant manufacturing (cGMP) that support current and future product portfolios, while operating as part of a global team in a matrix structured environment.

International travel may be required on an intermittent basis.

Person spec:

  • Degree in Science, Engineering or similar technical discipline.
  • 15+ years' experience in a world class manufacturing operations environment, of which 9+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven Operational Excellence and Lean thinking. Lean Six Sigma certification or similar is preferred.
  • Financial and business acumen.
  • Regulatory and audit readiness.
