A rare opportunity has opened for a highly experienced aesthetics tutor. This person will take the lead on our Level 4 & 5 aesthetics qualifications with scope to progress into level 7. This is a senior role for someone who already has extensive experience in aesthetics both in clinic and as a tutor. The ideal candidate should hold an assessor and IQA qualifications and be ready for advancement in their career. This leadership position will allow you to set the standard in our aesthetics provision growing aligned with the company’s strategy & vision building on our reputation for excellence.

About us: Reynolds Training Academy is part of The Reynolds Group, comprising of luxury gyms, spas and a country club alongside our specialist sixth form academy. We’ve been established since 1998 and were rated Good with Outstanding features in our most recent Ofsted inspection. We recruit the highest level of tutors who are active in industry, so learners are taught by people with current, real-world experience. The role in more detail:
- Outstanding knowledge, skill & delivery at Level 4, 5 and Level 7 Aesthetics, including chemical peels and microneedling
- Leading on assessment and internal quality assurance for the aesthetics programme, using your A1/V1 (or equivalent) qualifications
- Consulting with the business manager and principal on curriculum design and review
- Leading in person quality site visits to other locations within the group
- Monitoring learner progress and attendance, and adapting delivery to individual needs
- Supporting EQA visits and external inspections, including ESFA and Ofsted
- Programme managing & supporting new tutors as the aesthetics team grows
What you’ll need:
- Extensive experience teaching & assessing aesthetics qualifications at Level 4 and 5, ideally also Level 7
- A UK teaching qualification (DET, DTTLS or PGCE)
- Confidence leading on quality assurance
- Flexibility to teach daytime, with some evenings and Saturdays
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel); experience with Manage Assess is a bonus
Salary – £35,000 – £45,000 per year pro rata, depending on experience
Position Type – Part‑time with scope to grow
Location – Mainly Dartford Academy with some remote and in person site visits
