As a Concierge, you’ll be a face of the hotel, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! You’ll be the first person to greet and welcome guests into our hotel, using your savvy knowledge to provide guidance and local recommendations for a great stay in the city. As part of a vibrant team, you’ll be delivering first-class service to our guests.
If you’re our ideal Concierge, you will:
- Take all opportunities to exceed guests’ expectations
- Always have a Plan B in your back pocket to ensure guests have an excellent stay in our city!
- Have a genuine desire to support others in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to organise and prioritise multiple requests at any given time
- A Valid UK Driving License - Age 25 and Above Driving License older than 3 years.
