Join a high-energy, people-focused team to maintain premium kitchen standards, ensure plates leaving the pass are to spec, and support commercial success through quality, stock control, and leadership of the kitchen team. You will work with the Kitchen Manager to drive back-of-house performance, recruit and develop staff, and ensure Health & Safety compliance to underpin a high-performing operation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Kitchen Manager in delivering premium standards, ensuring every plate leaving the pass is executed to specification.
  • Drive back-of-house commercial success by actively supporting GP management and meticulous stock control.
  • Lead, recruit, train, inspire, and develop the kitchen team to maintain a high-performing, compliant operation.
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance and a culture of safe, efficient kitchen practices.
