We’re on the lookout for a super-talented and ambitious People & Culture Partner to join the NEOS Hospitality team. This is the perfect opportunity for an existing HR Business Partner looking to really stretch and develop their existing partnering experience, make a real difference to our teams working lives, and scale alongside us as we roll out our ambitious growth strategy. If you’re passionate about hospitality, love creating unforgettable team experiences, and thrive in a high-energy, people-focused environment, this could be your next big move. You’ll be partnering for venues in Cardiff, Bristol, Bournemouth, Southampton and Brighton, so you’ll need to be comfortable with multiple days of travel within your working week.

What you’ll be getting up to:

  • Partnering with our bar management teams and senior leaders to deliver an outstanding people experience across multiple brands.
  • Owning the talent plan to ensure our bars are supported by outstanding people at every level.
  • Leading on senior recruitment for your area, ensuring we hire, train and retain the best hospitality managers in the industry.
  • Mentoring, coaching and supporting our management teams across the people lifecycle, including team engagement, team retention and performance enhancement.
  • Handling high-risk employee relations cases with confidence, fairness and a commercial mindset.
  • Working both strategically and hands-on to make sure our people processes and culture drive business success.

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone with a high level of emotional intelligence, and the ability to build great relationships quickly and easily.
  • Someone with ambition, a self-starter mindset, and a genuine care and compassion for others.
  • A passion for hospitality and a genuine connection to the NEOS brands.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
  • Great organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Associate Diploma in People Management or equivalent degree is required.

What’s in it for you?

  • Salary: £42,000 + £6,000 car allowance.
  • 25 days holiday plus the usual 8 bank holidays.

  • Flexibility – around 2 days a week working remotely, with the rest spent in our bars across the UK (overnight stays may be required).
