Location: Founders & Co. Swansea - Hourly
Pay rate: £13.10per hour
As part of the wider regeneration project on Wind St. in Swansea, we’ve completely re-aligned this venue to become an all-day, family-friendly, multi-functional social space.
At the heart of Founders & Co is a simple idea:bringingpeople together and supporting local traders.We bring an eclectic mix of food vendors, independent traders and creators together under one roof, creating a dynamic destination where there’s always something happening.
Our venue includes a café, retail spaces, private events room, bar and dining space for up to 250 guests. We operate the bar and provide the perfect platform for our Founders to bring this exciting space to life.
We’re looking forfun and creative peoplewho are passionate about great drinks, great service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
What we’re looking for
- A friendly, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- A genuine passion for hospitality
- The ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment
- A desire to learn and develop your skills
- Previous bar or cocktail experience is a bonus, butnot essential
