We are recruiting seasonal bar staff to join our team now in preparation for the Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann descending on Belfast during the 2nd and 9th of August 2026. The role will begin shortly to accommodate training and development reading for the Fleadh week. We urge anyone wanting to join a busy and vibrant venue for Summer to apply.

Your Role: Like the sound of Latin inspired fresh food, rum-based cocktails and live entertainment? We are looking to welcome some positive and energetic individuals into our Cuban familia as bar team (cantineros). You will be confident and have the ability to engage and make guests feel welcome; alongside this you’ll have a willingness to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining the ability to stay busy when things are more chilled out.
