About Us
At NEOS Hospitality, we know that unforgettable venues are built on energy, community, and unforgettable experiences. As the powerhouse behind Revolution Liverpool, we’re looking for a driven, creative, and commercially minded Sales & Marketing Manager to own the commercial and brand heartbeat of our venue. If you live and breathe hospitality, love building relationships, and know how to turn social buzz into packed-out venues, this is your chance to make a massive impact in one of the UK’s most vibrant cities.

The Role
As our Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll be the single commercial and brand contact for Revolution Liverpool. You’ll drive pre-booked revenue (PBR) through corporate sales and proactive networking, while using compelling content, in-venue activations, and street promotions to drive footfall, engagement, and lead generation. You won't be doing it alone—you'll have the full backing of our central teams for content, brand assets, and analytics.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving Sales & Business Development: Handle inbound corporate and event enquiries, conducting show-rounds and client meetings to maximise conversion. Be a visible presence across the Liverpool catchment, building strong relationships with local hotels, retail hubs, residential communities, and industry partners. Own the venue’s networking calendar, attend regular events, and champion the brand on platforms like LinkedIn. Drive student and university engagement across sports teams, societies, halls, and freshers' week. Plan and execute targeted outbound activity all year round, with a major focus on delivering an incredible Christmas season.
  • Creating Content & Marketing Buzz: Own the venue’s content plan, directing and executing capture, editing, and scheduling to keep Revolution Liverpool trending. Build genuine community engagement through active DM responses, WhatsApp communities, and email broadcast plans. Deliver high-energy brand campaigns and in-venue activations using briefs and assets from the Brand Manager. Drive ticket sales for venue-led events and maintain pristine brand standards across all signage, materials, and digital touchpoints. Set clear targets, brief weekly focuses, and run a targeted influencer programme focused on deeper, quality partnerships.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 12+ months in a Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Promotions role (internal or external), with proven experience spanning across both sales and marketing disciplines.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving both pre-booked revenue (PBR) and footfall/social-led KPIs.
  • Skills: Confident, outgoing, and proactive with a strong grasp of outbound corporate sales, content creation, and team management.
  • Vibe: Passionate about hospitality, commercially savvy, and deeply connected to the local Liverpool scene.

What’s in It for You?
A dynamic, hands-on role where your creative and commercial ideas directly shape the venue’s success. Full support from central brand, content, and analytics teams. The chance to grow your career within a fast-expanding hospitality group.
