Then we might have the role for you… We’re looking for a dedicated Spa Cleaner to join the wonderful Spa team at The Retreat at Elcot Park, helping to keep our spa calm, beautiful and utterly irresistible.
Welcome to The Retreat. Set within a stunning 55‑bedroom country house hotel, The Retreat at Elcot Park has been beautifully transformed to include bespoke bedrooms, two exciting restaurant concepts, and a state‑of‑the‑art spa complete with hot and cold tubs nestled on the lawn. It’s a place designed for relaxation — and you’ll play a key role in making the magic happen.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the guardian of calm, ensuring our spa spaces always look — and feel — immaculate. You will:
- Keep our spa and public areas spotless, serene and beautifully presented
- Have a great eye for detail, making sure soft furnishings like lamps, sofas and cushions look just right
- Work closely with the Spa Manager to prioritise areas needing extra love and attention
- Follow all health and safety procedures with care and confidence
