We are looking for a highly energetic
Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team at The Retreat, Elcot Park.
Our 55-bedroom hotel has been transformed to offer bespoke designed bedrooms, two new exciting restaurant concepts, a state of the art spa with hot and cold tubs on the lawn, and many more experiences to offer our guests.

You will
- Support and lead the Housekeeping team, in absence of the Head Housekeeper.
- Train the housekeepers through on the job coaching and encourage shadowing.
- Regularly conduct checks and monitor housekeeping quality and turndown of all guest bedrooms.
- Ensure that all guest accommodation and public areas are maintained to the highest possible standard of cleanliness and presentation by the housekeeping team.
- Liaise with suppliers of linen, cleaning materials and guest supplies.
- Deliver scheduling of team rotas.
- Ensure that all company rules and regulations relating to Health and Safety are followed.
