We are looking for a highly energetic Breakfast Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team at The Retreat, Elcot Park. This role is a rare Monday to Friday role covering breakfast and lunch.
Our 55-bedroom hotel has been transformed to offer bespoke designed bedrooms, two new exciting restaurant concepts, a state of the art spa with hot and cold tubs on the lawn, and many more experiences to offer our guests in the heart of the Berkshire countryside.

You will:
- Lead an effective and consistent breakfast experience for our guests at the hotel.
- Be present on the floor, whilst communicating effectively with the back of house and kitchen team.
- Uphold service standards, by being present on the floor and attentive to all guests.
- Ensure that all team members are trained to the Company standard.
- Stay up to date with menu knowledge and all menu changes.
- Undertake and participate in any training and development opportunities as assigned for your role.
- Hold briefing meetings before each service involving all restaurant and bar team members.
- Ensure that all company rules and regulations relating to Hygiene, Health and Safety are being followed.
