The Retreat is seeking an experienced Joint Autism Lead to join our clinical leadership team in York and North Yorkshire. You will provide clinical leadership across the adult neurodevelopmental service, guiding staff and ensuring services meet high standards of safety, compliance and patient-centred care.
You will oversee assessment, therapy delivery, and development of clinical pathways, mentoring trainees, and collaborating with managers to drive continuous service improvement.
