Are you a Mechanical Engineer with experience leading a team in a workshop environment? Do you have strong knowledge of gearboxes, motors, engines, pumps and other drive chain components? This is a brilliant opportunity for a mechanical engineer to take on a lead role at a highly respected heavy engineering company.
In this role, you will lead from the front in the stripping, inspecting and recovery of drive chain components such as gearboxes, motors, engines, transmissions and pumps. As the lead engineer/working supervisor, you will also manage projects and lead a small team of service engineers. You’ll also visit client sites and be the main technical point of contact.
The hours are Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4.45pm, with an early finish on a Friday. No weekend work will be required. This would be an excellent move for an experienced Mechanical Engineer looking to advance their career.
