Are you a Mechanical Fitter with experience leading a team and looking to become a Workshop Supervisor for a growing company? In this role, you will remain hands on whilst leading a team of fitters both in the workshop and on the client site. You will be the key technical point of contact and manage projects from start to finish.

To be considered, you must have a strong background in the stripping and rebuilding of gearboxes and winches. The hours are Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, with a 1.30pm finish on Friday. This would be a brilliant career move for a Mechanical Fitter with strong team leadership experience who’s ready to step up into a supervisory role.
