Are you a Mechanical Supervisor with experience leading a team in a workshop environment? Do you have strong knowledge of gearboxes, motors, engines, pumps and other drive chain components? This is a brilliant opportunity for a Mechanical Supervisor who’s ready to take the next step in their career and become the Service Manager for a highly respected engineering company.

In this role, you will lead a team of 11 to ensure the highest levels of productivity, standards, processes, and training, and serve as the key technical point of contact for customers and suppliers. You will take charge of 2 sites and can expect regular travel with 2 to 3 nights away per week. A work van will be provided for site-to-site travel.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in stripping, inspecting, and recovering drive chain components. They will also enjoy being hands-on and leading from the front when required. The hours are Monday to Friday, day shift with a very achievable 10% bonus, overtime and additional allowances to maximise earnings. This would be an excellent move for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor looking to progress to the next level.
