Are you an experienced Assembly Technician looking for progression into a Team Leader role? This is a very rare opportunity for an Assembly Technician who’s ready to take the next step in their career and become a key figure for a rapidly expanding manufacturer. The role offers a mix of hands-on work, leading from the front, training other team members, whilst driving continuous improvement and new product development. The hours are 40 a week, Monday to Friday, with an early Friday finish. There is also plenty of overtime available, paid at time and a half, and 33 days of paid holiday that rises to 36.
To be considered, you must be an experienced Assembly Technician who’s looking to advance their career by becoming the Team Leader for a well-renowned manufacturer.
