Main Responsibilities will include:

- Setting the tone, guiding the store's culture and ensuring team members feel confident, motivated and valued.
- Hands‑on leadership where you build a successful team, shape behaviours, and inspire high performance each day.
- Strong selling skills, product knowledge and daily operations.
