This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable global company that licenses world-renowned brands, based at their London office. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract role, where you will take ownership of inventory management across multiple warehouses and 3PL partners, ensuring stock accuracy across ecommerce and wholesale operations, making it an excellent opportunity for an experienced stock professional looking to develop their skills within a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels across European and UK warehouses, ecommerce, and wholesale operations
  • Liaising with internal teams and multiple 3PL stock partners to ensure stock accuracy
  • Performing regular physical stock counts and audits
  • Tracking and recording all stock movements, purchases, and receipts on internal systems
  • Managing and controlling stock transfers between internal (virtual) and external (physical) warehouses
  • Making authorised stock adjustments within company systems and ensuring partner systems remain in sync
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies, delivery issues, and stock-related problems
  • Ensuring back-of-house and store operations are compliant with company policies and regulations
  • Preparing reports and maintaining accurate data records across all stock activity
  • Carrying out ad-hoc tasks as required by the stock and operations team

Person Specification:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a stock control role, ideally within garment warehousing
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in coordinating across suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams
  • Technically proficient in stock management software and computer systems for data entry and reporting
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with experience in stock reconciliations
  • A collaborative team player, comfortable working with warehouse staff, 3PL partners, and wider business teams
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to resolving stock discrepancies
  • Able to work to strict deadlines with a high level of attention to detail
  • Experience within the fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands sector is desirable but not essential
