We have partnered with a fantastic fashion brand who are seeking a Senior Designer across womenswear multiproduct.

Based in London, as a key member of a small, collaborative team, you will be responsible for designing and developing collections across all product categories. Reporting directly to the Head of Design, you will curate and create cohesive ranges and oversee the daily management of the design process.

This role offers hybrid working.

Main Responsibilities will include:

  1. Conduct research and translate inspirational concepts and trends while upholding brand aesthetic.
  2. Create and manage seasonal colour palettes.
  3. Build and update seasonal design decks and presentations.
  4. Source innovative fabrics and yarns through collaboration with factories.
  5. Present designs to the Senior Management.
  6. Finalise selected designs by creating CAD’s and detailed design packs.
  7. Collaborate closely with Garment Technicians and the Buying Team to ensure products align with brands aesthetic and high-quality standards.
  8. Maintain clear and efficient communication with suppliers throughout the design process.

Person Specifications:

  1. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  2. Ability to work individually and part of a team.
  3. Great eye for design and colour.
  4. Technical knowledge of fabrics and yarns, as well as garment construction.
  5. Must have experience of working with and building strong working relationships with factories and suppliers.
