Overview
We are recruiting for a Sales & Product Manager across Womenswear to join a highly successful and well-established fashion supplier. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the sales strategy, driving growth by building strong client relationships and increasing revenue.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing accounts, strong product knowledge, and experience either as a Buyer at NEXT or working with a direct supplier to NEXT.
This role offers hybrid working, travel when required, and excellent company benefits.
Responsibilities
Main responsibilities will include:
- Manage and grow key accounts, developing and executing effective sales strategies to deliver growth and meet targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, leading negotiations, and finalising sales contracts
- Present seasonal collections with confidence, showcasing an in-depth understanding of product details, trends, and customer needs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence in womenswear
- Attend client meetings, trade shows, and presentations, acting as the main point of contact for sales activity
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance reports to senior management, highlighting goals, opportunities, and challenges
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales or buying role within womenswear
- Direct experience working with NEXT (as a buyer or supplier)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships
- Strong commercial awareness with analytical skills to track performance and identify growth opportunities
