Reebok is looking for a detail-driven, ambitious Wholesale Administrator to support their B2B operations. You\’ll play a key role behind the scenes, ensuring customer orders are processed smoothly through their ERP system.

Main Responsibilities will Include:

Process and enter B2B customer orders into the ERP system using Excel templates

Ensure accuracy and completeness of order details (product codes, quantities, prices, delivery dates)

Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Warehouse and Finance) to clarify and validate order information

Monitor and update order status, resolve discrepancies or issues in coordination with relevant departments

Generate reports on order entry status, volumes, and delivery dates using Excel and ERP tools

Person Specifications:

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent time management and highly organised

Strong analytical skills

Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
