Our client is a leading ladies' wear supplier with a strong presence across major high street retail accounts. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a talented Print & Graphic Designer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded creative who thrives in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment, working across key accounts to deliver innovative and commercial print and graphic design, with a modern, contemporary feel.

Main Duties and Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Working closely alongside a team of clothing designers to develop print and graphic handwriting in line with each customer's design direction
  • Designing innovative, on-trend prints, including all-over repeat patterns, placement prints, and motif designs
  • Checking strike-offs and Pantone approvals to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Attending customer meetings and presenting work confidently when required
  • Researching and interpreting catwalk and trend directions into commercial, sellable designs
  • Working on customer briefs while maintaining a strong creative point of view
  • Liaising with overseas factories to ensure design intent is delivered
  • Producing high-quality artwork to a print-ready standard, meeting targets and tight deadlines

Person Specification:

  • A strong, commercial portfolio showcasing inspirational prints, graphics, slogans, and motifs across ladies' wear
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, multi-product ladieswear environment
  • Modern, contemporary design handwriting with a confident sense of colour and texture
  • Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related CAD software
  • Experience producing print-ready artwork, including all-over repeat, placement print, and motif design
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across internal teams and with customers
  • Enthusiastic, creative and calm under pressure
